Medana & Visca S.r.l. is a family-owned company founded in 1951, specializing in the production of valves and actuators for naval, chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas and offshore plants.
The experience consolidated over the years has led our small industrial reality to become a reference point of the national and international naval sector.
Company policy
The internal implementation of all production processes, constantly developing and strengthening, and the accurate control methods to which we subject the products are our strong point and allow us to focus the activities towards achieving our main objective: satisfying customers by meeting all design, technical and functional needs.
Our structure allows us to be able to handle important orders but at the same time we manage to be very streamlined and versatile, so that we can also meet requests for small batches and special non-standard executions.
Since 1995, the company has operated under quality assurance in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, PED 2014/68/EU regulations and is authorized to carry out alternative tests on behalf of the Italian Naval Registry and Quality Scheme Certificate Lloyd's Register.
It is also admitted to the Italian Navy, RINA, Lloyd's Register, Det Norske Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas and Russian Maritime Register of Shipping manned tests.
